Baby Steps!

 

This is my sweet Nicholas when he was first learning to walk... taking baby steps!  
Our family has now been under one roof for 3 days!  And I believe that success is going to be measured in baby steps... for awhile.

Although the first part of our adoption journey is now finished, we begin the next phase which I will call, "finding the new normal for the Wells."  I am not sure of what it will look like... but I do know that it will take time.

Thank you for all of your support and prayers through this part of our journey... we could not have done it without you.  But prayers are even more important now as the girls adjust to everything new and let go of everything that was familiar.

    So glad you are all home under one roof! Grace and peace to you as you all adjust to your new life together. BTW, I got a big grin as soon as I saw this photo. I remember that hallway!

    That is just the best news ever. Welcome home!!!! We have been thinking of you guys all the time and praying for each step.
